Newbie

So I'm new to all this.  I've always heard about blogging but never really new what it was.  Here I am researching blogging.  Crazy! Huh!  Yeah it's true, I had to research blogging.  So far, all that I have seen is people writing about their everyday experiences or reposting links that they like.  My intentions for this experience is to make some money.  I'm trying the Ebay world and now blogging.  Let's see how it goes.  If anyone has any ideas on what they perfer to blog or would like to blog, fill me in.
